2. Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing and use of the website www.thepaperconservationlab.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), made available to users by The Paper Conservation Lab in compliance with the LSSICE.
Visiting and using the Website confers the status of user (hereinafter, the “User”) and implies full and unreserved acceptance of all the conditions set out in this Legal Notice, in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy, which together constitute the Website´s legal information.
The Paper Conservation Lab reserves the right to modify at any time the layout, content and functionality of the Website. The User must carefully read this Legal Notice each time they access the Website, as its conditions may change. If the User does not agree with the terms set out herein, they must refrain from browsing and using the Website.
3. Conditions of access and use

The Website may contain links or hyperlinks that facilitate access to independent third-party websites, including the social networks on which The Paper Conservation Lab has a presence (for example, LinkedIn and Instagram). The Paper Conservation Lab exercises no control over such websites or their contents and therefore assumes no responsability for them.

The fact that The Paper Conservation Lab does not exercise or enforce any right or provision contained in this Legal Notice shall not constitute a waiver thereof, except where acknowledged and agreed in writing by it.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the Owner’s domicile, except in those cases where the applicable regulations impose a different jurisdiction (for example, that corresponding to the consumer’s domicile).
